Ramy Issac is a leading architect in New York that never misses a chance to surprise us with his breathtaking building designs. He, along with his talented team of architects, has worked on many building projects including both residential and commercial. He is the founder of “Issac and Sterns” Firm. Out of which, 14,670 square feet is for residential purpose, 865 square feet is allocated to ground floor commercial-retail use, and 280 square feet is used for a doctor’s office. A total of 23 apartments are developed, each one has a spacious area of 638 square. All of these are for rental purposes.
