A permit has been filed to construct 173 McGuinness Boulevard which is an eight-story residential premise. The to-be-constructed building is located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The proposal for this eight-story residential building is at a distance of five blocks from the Greenpoint Avenue Subway Station. The building will be spread on a sprawling 27,509 sq. ft. of area out of which 20,086 sq. ft. will be dedicated to the construction of residential space. The building will have the capacity to accommodate 24 residences. The residents will enjoy perks such as a built-in cellar and a green yard. Ramy Issac has been appointed to take hold of this project and construct this building. He is the Esteemed Founder and President of Issac & Stern. Also, Ramy Issac holds a Cum Laude grad degree from the renowned Technion which is a very prestigious Institute located in Israel. Mr. Issac also possesses dual degrees in the field of planning cities and architecture. Not just this, he also holds a master’s degree in architecture from the prestigious Pratt Institute in New York. Being in the construction and architectural business, he has managed to build a number of building around the nation and has acclaimed as the best architecture of his time.
