Ramy Issac is a well-known name when talking about breathtaking building designs in New York City. He is an owner and founder of Issac & Stern Architects Firm. He, along with his talented team of architects, has delivered plenty of beautiful building designs covering both residential and commercial projects. He also holds a dual degree in Architecture and City Planning. In his childhood, Ramy Issac would do painting, drawing in his free time. In fact, he has drawn his inspiration for becoming an architect from his art. For Ramy Issac, Art is the doorway to develop imagination and creativity. Let’s talk about Ramy’s project in detail and what it has to offer This modern condominium is located between 335-341 Nostrand Avenue in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. The building consists of 24 units and is constructed between Gates Avenue and Quincy Street. Similar to most of the previous projects in Bed-Stuy, the building displays a brick and contextual facade. The new building has a contemporary style of brick wall ups. The whole building structure has 4 different buildings with 4 ground floors. Area covered by each building in the new condominium: The ground floor allocated to each building covers the area of 1300 square feet for retail purposes. The building is 54 feet tall and each building includes five apartments. The total area covered by the entire building is 4200 square feet. The project is developed under Scott Kushnick, working as an LLC in Queens. Issac and Stern Architects have worked on their designs. Although the date for its sale has not come out in public, the project is ready for possession.
