When you think of architecture excellence, you think of Ramy Issac. A passionate, creative architect, born in Israel, came to the United States in the 80s to complete his masters and to further continue his dream of becoming an architect in the United States. Now over 30 years later, he has gone on to establish his firm of Issac & Stern and has gone on to complete various amounts of projects throughout the city. He has worked on penthouses, apartments, businesses, nightclubs, and restaurants. Ramy Issac's dynamic eye for detail and imagination has made his buildings stand out among others in the city. Ramy Issac draws inspiration from the city and his background as an artist when it comes to creating his next projects. Ramy Issac's goal when it comes to design is to harmonize between the appearance of a building and its functionality. Space needs to be designed in a way, so each inch of it is being used to its fullest while appearing unique and unlike the other buildings that surround it. A classic example of that is the building that he designed for Adam America Real Estate, located in Crown Heights. The building is an eight storied residential building with 28 apartments that include a lounge, gym, yoga studio, and an 83 car garage. Ramy Issac has always made it his goal to incorporate the design of a building with the efficient use of space. He takes immense pride in having extensive knowledge of New York zoning laws, and to helping his client's design buildings that are affordable to them in the development stages without compromising the quality of a building for its future tenants.
