Highlights of the new project by Issac & Stern Issac & Stern has recently worked on a new project in Crown Heights, Brooklyn for which permits have been filed. The proposed project will be a six-story mixed-use building, located at 627 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. It is a short walk from the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. The building is owned by 627 Franklin Avenue LLC and designed by Issac & Stern. The project spans across 13,330 square feet, where 1,300 square feet is designated for commercial space and 9,718 for residential space. According to the permits filed, the building will have ten residencies. Moreover, since the lot is vacant, there will not be any demolition permits required.
