With an artistic mind and innovation, Ramy Issac has been creating a buzz in the world of architecture and building design across New York for almost 30 years. Ramy takes pride in all the work he has done in both art and architecture.
He is a passionate artist, a registered architect in New York, and the founder of Issac & Stern - one of the leading architecture firms in NYC. He and his team of skilled architects have worked on a range of building projects, such as office front, penthouses, apartments, restaurants, nightclubs, churches and many more. Since childhood, Ramy was closely associated with art, as he lived in an artist colony of Israel. This is where he got the inspiration to become an artist. As we mentioned already, Ramy has designed and renovated a number of residential and commercial building projects. In this post, we will give an overview of another striking residential building project by Issac & Stern. According to YIMBY, the applications for a seven-story, 37-unit residential building were filed in early 2014. An attractive residential building designed by Issac & Stern is located at 50 Clinton Street, on the Lower East Side. The ground floor of the building covers an area of 1,836 square feet commercial space, followed by the residential units with average 1,023 square feet apiece. Some of the exciting amenities that tenants are getting include a gym, a doorman, rooftops terraces and lush gardens. The development of this building was completed in 2016 and more than half of the apartments are sold. If you’re interested in taking possession in the breathtaking residential building, get in touch with the concerned person.
